Welcome to the K.K. Tool Company, Inc.
If you are not already familiar with the K. K. Tool Co., we would like to introduce ourselves, our services and our facilities so that we
may be of service to you.
Since our establishment in 1972, we have grown to a facility of 15,000 square feet with over 20 employees and utilize the lastest in
CNC technology. This provides us with the experience, equipment and manpower to offer quality workmanship in the building of
metal stamping dies, machining fixtures, gages and blanchard grinding.
In the past several years, we have added Wire EDM and small to medium production runs to the list of quality service we provide to
you our customers.
In 2008, we have added three 2008 Mori Seiki Dura Vertical 5100 Milling Centers (with 40" x 20" work envelope). These
compliment our 2007 Mori Seiki DuraCenter 5 (with 30" x 20" table) and greatly enhance our 3-axis milling capabilities. We use
SolidWorks 2008 CAD software for complete 3D modeling design.
In the past, we expanded our capabilities by adding a 500 ton Chicago Press and a Federal 350 CMM. We are growing to meet
your needs.
