Welcome to the K.K. Tool Company, Inc.
If you are not already familiar with the K. K. Tool Co., we would like to introduce ourselves, our services and our facilities so that
we may be of service to you.
Since our establishment in 1972, we have grown to a facility of 19,000 square feet with over 24 employees and utilize the latest in
CNC technology. This provides us with the experience, equipment and manpower to offer quality workmanship in the building of
metal stamping dies, machining fixtures, gages and blanchard grinding.
WE ARE GROWING!!! In the fall of 2011 we invested over $1 million dollars in new equipment and an additional 4,000 sq/ft of
shop area. We are growing to meet your needs.
Since 2008, we have added FIVE brand new
Mori Seiki Dura Vertical 5100 Milling Centers
(with 40" x 20" work envelope). With our SIXTH
to be delivered in January 2012.
While our main focus at K.K. Tool is STILL
tool and die design for the manufacturing
industry, our added space and machinery
only adds to the capability for us to serve our
current and growing customer base.
We use SolidWorks 2008 CAD software for
complete 3D modeling design.
In the past, we expanded our capabilities by
adding a 500 ton Chicago Press and
a Federal 350 CMM.
