Ontrack Data Entry Specialist

## The Opportunity We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Ontrack Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing and verifying data in our Ontrack Management System. You’ll work closely with production, shipping, and quality teams to ensure accurate, real-time information that supports our shop floor every day. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys accuracy, collaboration, and being part of a stable, family-oriented manufacturing environment where your work directly impacts our team’s success. ## Key Responsibilities - Accurately enter, update, and maintain production, inventory, order, and quality data in the Ontrack Management System on a daily basis - Review and verify all data entries for accuracy and completeness in close collaboration with production, shipping, and quality team members - Work proactively with various departments to identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring real-time system integrity across the shop floor - Generate and distribute timely reports from Ontrack to support Senior Management and stakeholder decision-making - Monitor system data for anomalies or errors and promptly escalate issues to maintain smooth operations - Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and physical inventory processes to ensure accurate stock records - Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all production, shipping, and quality documentation - Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline data entry processes and reduce errors - Train and support new team members on Ontrack data entry best practices and company procedures as needed - Ensure all data handling complies with company quality standards, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements ## What We Offer - Competitive hourly pay with regular performance reviews and opportunities for wage increases - Comprehensive health insurance for you and your family - Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays — we believe in work-life balance - Overtime opportunities during peak production periods - On-the-job training and clear pathways for advancement in our growing, family-owned company - A supportive, family-oriented culture where every team member is valued and heard - Modern, clean, and safety-first manufacturing facility - Team appreciation events and company gatherings - The chance to be part of a proud manufacturing tradition with real pride in the work we do ## How to Apply Please email your resume and cover letter to apply@kktool.net.
